SİPERAL

Digital Sovereignty and Cybersecurity

Digital sovereignty is often discussed as policy, but for a company it is practical: can your systems keep running, and your data stay yours, if a provider changes its terms, raises its prices, goes offline or is breached?

Security and sovereignty are the same problem seen from two sides. Every external dependency is also a path an attacker can use. Siperal comes from offensive security, and we start by finding those dependencies. Then we engineer them out, with software and services that run entirely inside the customer’s environment.

Vision

Your own space, your own rules, your digital future.

Mission

Break digital hegemony; establish sovereignty.

Digital Sovereignty Is a Matter of Choice

Prepare against them whatever forces you can muster. — Al-Anfal, 60
In a time of escalating conflict, energy shortages, cyber threats, and network outages, digital power is the model hosted on your own servers, the software behind your own walls, and the infrastructure that doesn't rely on external sources. Building resilience isn't about buying a firewall; it's about establishing a system that operates independently, is self-sufficient, and doesn't rely on external parties. We transform your systems before they transform you.
True independence is possible only through economic independence. — Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, 1923
When Atatürk spoke these words, he meant that a nation unable to produce, unable to build its own infrastructure, and dependent on others could not be considered truly free. Today, that same dependence exists in a different guise: in servers, cloud accounts, monthly subscription bills, and foreign data centers. We build your organization's digital infrastructure on your own soil.
We will take science and technology wherever they may be and instill them in everyone's minds. — Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, 1922
We're not afraid to adopt technology. But we understand the difference between buying and renting. Rented technology operates under the owner's rules; it transfers data to the owner's server; it shuts down whenever the owner wants. We build it—we don't rent it. We take science, we take technology, but we plant it on our own ground. The result is an infrastructure that belongs to you: it cannot be shut down, seized, or cut off.
God will not change the condition of a people until they change what is within themselves. — Ra'd, 11
Change begins with a declaration of intent, but it gains meaning through a systemic decision. An organization that says, “I'm dependent on external factors” will not change as long as it remains tied to the infrastructure that fuels that dependency. First, make the internal decision—redefine your relationship with technology. Then, build the infrastructure. Only then will you become an organization that truly changes. We are the catalyst for this decision: we transform your intention into tangible digital sovereignty.
Murat Aydın
Our Founder

Murat Aydın has witnessed firsthand, at every level in the field, why systems crash, how data is stolen, and where defenses fail. With over 15 years of experience in cybersecurity, cloud architecture, and software development, he has provided consulting and development services to Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, and critical infrastructure projects.

From the security architecture of central banks' digital currency projects (CBDCs) to the production lines of automotive giants, the security of industrial control systems, and the development and testing of government systems—the lesson revealed by this journey is: Every major security disaster experienced by an organization is the result of a misguided dependency decision. This company was founded to reverse that decision.

Organizations' digital future must be shaped not as tenants on someone else's infrastructure, but as sovereign entities on their own ground.
